They are known for delivering high-quality work and maintaining great relationships with clients and subcontractors. Due to the expansion of their framework, they are now looking for a dedicated Site Manager to join their team.
Role Overview:
The Site Manager will be responsible for managing projects ranging from £50,000 to £200,000, with durations of up to 10 weeks. This role is hands-on and involves not only managing on-site activities but also stepping into the workshop when needed. The ideal candidate will be proactive in managing Health & Safety, coordinating trades, liaising with clients and subcontractors, and ensuring smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and ensure compliance with all Health & Safety protocols.
Manage tradespeople and subcontractors on-site.
Maintain excellent relationships with clients and ensure client satisfaction.
Be hands-on and available to assist in the workshop when on-site activities are light.
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
Workload:
Manage multiple projects concurrently with values between £50,000 and £200,000.
Typical project durations range up to 10 weeks.
Salary and Benefits:
£22 - £23 per hour
Benefits include a company van and fuel card.
£25 meal allowance.
Hotels provided when required.
Company card for expenses.
Working Hours:
12-hour days, minimum of 60 hours per week.
Team Environment:
You will be part of a close-knit team with approximately 10 operatives on-site at any given time.
