I am representing an SME contractor based in Greater Manchester who are looking to expand their team and appoint a full time Site Foreman.
The candidate will be overseeing fit outs ranging from £25,000K-£400K within the student accommodation sector.
The projects will be nationwide so the candidate must be happy to work nationwide.
As the company is growing, their will be room for development and progression within the business so this is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to enhance their career within the construction industry.
Requirements for the role: 3+years at Site Foreman level Trade background (Ideally joinery) Based in or local to Greater Manchester as office visits will be required Fit out experience Main contracting background
