About the Role
You'll take full responsibility for site delivery, ensuring the project is set up correctly, compliant, and running to programme. The role involves close liaison with the client and design team, so confidence in communication and stakeholder management is essential. A client‑side H&S representative will be present, meaning high standards and transparent site practices are a must.
What We're Looking For
Strong background in commercial construction: retail, offices, commercial or similar
Experience with D&B and fit‑out projects
SMSTS and First Aid qualifications
Ability to manage site setup, compliance, and day‑to‑day operations
Someone who thrives in a hands‑on, builder‑style role rather than residential work
