Position: Clinical Unit Manager (Registered Nurse) Location: Hammersmith Pay rate: £26 per hour, Earn £56,784 per annum + Excellent added benefits Hours: 36 - 42 hours available
Time Recruitment are recruiting for an experienced clinical Unit Manager for an exceptional, luxurious nursing home in Hammersmith, London area. The home is an independent leading care provider in the South known for their refined, extensive support system they provide to their staff.
With a GOOD CQC rating and stable management team, they provide the highest standard of care to residents with dementia, mental health, and nursing needs.
As a Unit manager you will be responsible for a unit of 30 beds and will have a strong team of nurses and carers to assist you. You will have access to up to date amenities and tech!

Key Responsibilities as a Unit Manager: * Lead and inspire the care team to deliver outstanding care and support to residents with dementia and elderly care needs. * Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individual care plans, ensuring they are continuously updated to meet residents' changing needs. * Supervise and mentor staff, promoting professional growth and maintaining a positive working environment. * Collaborate with external healthcare professionals, families, and other stakeholders to ensure a holistic approach to resident care. * Uphold compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in dementia and elderly care.
Requirements as Unit Manager: * A valid NMC Pin (Registered Nurse) * Experience working with Dementia & Elderly
