Production Operatives – Trafford Park

About the Role

We are recruiting Production Operatives to support the packing of goods from production lines and preparing products for dispatch. This is light, clean work in a fast‑paced environment.

Shift Patterns

The factory operates 24/7, giving you flexibility to choose a shift that suits you:

• Day Shift: 6am – 6pm
• Night Shift: 6pm – 6am

Shifts run Monday to Sunday, and you may be required to work any day depending on production demands.

Induction

Before starting, you will attend a full induction covering company information, job expectations, and health and safety procedures, ensuring you are fully prepared for your role.
