About the Role

A long‑established client in Stakehill is seeking reliable and detail‑focused Warehouse Order Picker/Packers to join their busy operation. This is a hands‑on role within a high‑performing warehouse environment that relies heavily on accuracy, teamwork, and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manual picking and packing of orders

   

• Handballing and general manual handling

   

• Working efficiently to meet daily targets

   

• Maintaining high attention to detail at all times

   

• Supporting warehouse operations as required

   

Essential Requirements

• Strong English communication skills - no exceptions due to the nature of the work

   

• Proven reliability and stable work history

   

• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment

   

• Good attention to detail and accuracy

   

• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team

   

Working Hours

• Monday-Thursday: 07:45 - 16:30

   

• Friday: 07:45 - 15:15

   

• Total: 37.5 hours per week

   

• Breaks: 1 hour unpaid
