🪚 CNC Wood Machinist – Stockport
Salary: £ 13.50
Hours: Full-Time, Monday – Friday 08:00- 17:00

Time Recruitment Solutions is proud to be working with a well-established company specialising in the design, manufacture, and installation of furniture, fittings, and equipment (FF&E) across the education, commercial, and healthcare sectors. Due to continued growth, they are now seeking a skilled or semi-skilled CNC Wood Machinist to join their dynamic team in Stockport.
🔧 About the Role
As a CNC Wood Machinist, you will be responsible for:

Reading and interpreting technical drawings.
Converting measurements from metric to imperial
Operating CNC machinery on materials such as MDF and laminate
Cutting and edging components for cabinets and fittings
Working to tight tolerances with precision and care

This is a hands-on role where meeting deadlines is essential due to the nature of client projects. You’ll be part of a collaborative team that values good working practices and continuous improvement.
👷 What We’re Looking For
Ideal candidates will have:

1–2 years’ experience in a similar woodworking or CNC environment
Strong understanding of machine setup and operation
A keen eye for detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure.
