Operations Workflow Analyst
Manchester | Hybrid | £30,000+ DOE
Time Recruitment is partnering with a respected, long-established legal services organisation to recruit an Operations Workflow Analyst. This role is ideal for someone passionate about streamlining systems and ensuring nothing is overlooked.
You will join a forward-thinking team utilising AI, automation, and CRM workflows to deliver a seamless operational experience. Your primary objective will be to maintain tight processes, ensure data accuracy, and keep cases progressing efficiently.

- Track, manage, and resolve every case accurately
- Identify and promptly rectify stuck or misclassified cases
- Analyse recurring issues to address root causes effectively
- Ensure teams adhere to correct processes and utilise tools appropriately
- Provide constructive feedback to enhance automation, workflows, and user experience
- Maintain accurate CRM data and escalate systemic issues at an early stage

Person Specification
Essential
- Strong operational and analytical mindset
- Experience with CRM systems and workflow management
- Confidence in identifying and correcting process issues

- Exceptional attention to detail
Desirable
- Background in sales operations or quality assurance
- Familiarity with automation tools (e.g. Zapier, APIs, workflows)
- Exposure to AI-assisted processes or call flows
- Experience in a high-volume lead environment
