-     Confidence in leading clinical governance, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance

-     Strong capability in workforce management, including recruitment, supervision, staffing, and performance oversight

-     The ability to work under scrutiny, make safe decisions, and maintain accountability in a fast‑paced clinical environment

Desirable experience includes:

-     Previous appointment as a CQC Registered Manager in a hospital setting

Offering for the Hospital Manager role:

You will be supported by established organisational functions including:

-     HR and workforce support

-     Operational oversight and leadership forums

-     Opportunities for ongoing CPD, leadership development, and participation in internal governance structures

This is a role where you can shape service quality, influence culture, and lead meaningful improvement across a developing hospital.
