The role reports into an impressive Sales Leader who was promoted internally from this role. He is passionate, supportive, still sells, and allows autonomy to do your role well. The company has a brilliant culture, staff stay long term, and they offer clear development path to Director level.
Business Development Manager duties:
* Selling Training Courses to UK businesses
* New business development
* Managing the full 360 sales process
* Selling via phone, video call, email, LinkedIn, and face to face
* Negotiating contracts & closing deals
* Managing accounts after the point of sale
* Retaining & growing accounts
* Delivering a 1st class experience for clients
The package:
* £32,000 - £38,000 salary
* £58,000 OTE
* Monday to Friday - 9 to 4.30
* Hybrid working - Mondays & Fridays WFH
* Christmas shut down
* 25 holidays & bank holidays
Requirements:
Experience in B2B Sales is required.
