Job description
Job Title: Contracts Manager
Location: Office based in Hampshire with projects across South West, London, Glasgow, South East.
Industry: High-end retail construction projects including brands like Harrods and Louis Vuitton.
Salary: (£55,000-£60,000) plus benefits including car allowance, healthcare, additional benefits after 12 months in the business.
Holidays: 21 days plus bank holidays.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee projects from inception to completion.
- Maintain commercial awareness throughout the project lifecycle.
- Present a professional image and maintain positive client relationships.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously (2-3 projects).
Requirements:
- Proven experience in high-end fit-outs, with a preference for those with a background in educational facilities.
- Structural knowledge is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Ability to interpret construction drawings.
- Relevant qualifications such as NVQ in Construction, CSCS Black Card, and IOSH Temporary Works Coordinator.

- Ambitious and hardworking individual who can contribute positively to the team.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage project teams effectively.
