Duties of the role:
* Maximise the collection of rent and to reduce and minimise the risk of any bad debt.
* Proactively spotting and informing the management team of any potential collection problems.
* Following company Procedures.
* Weekly Reports of any outstanding rents and any issues that you may encounter.
* Create and execute Plan of Actions to turn around any issues.
