Senior Credit Controller

This telecoms provider offers bespoke mobile and broadband solutions for both businesses and consumers, with a focus on personalised service and operational excellence. They operate multiple retail branches, and this role is based at their head office.
About the Role:
An exciting opportunity for a Senior Credit Controller to take charge of the entire credit control process, ensuring efficient management across multiple brands.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee credit control processes and identify improvements.
* Manage customer payments, direct debit collections, and issue client statements.
* Handle disputes, negotiate settlements, and manage difficult accounts.
* Provide monthly reports on aged debtors and minimise bad debt risks.
Requirements:
* At least 2 years' experience in credit control and accounts receivable.
* Strong negotiation and communication skills.
* Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and maintain confidentiality.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
