Time Recruitment are excited to be requested to fill a Credit Control role which has come on the market due to expansion of the business from a long-standing client. You'll be working with an experienced team of 7 Credit Controllers.
You will be used to outbound dialling with targets of 25 calls per day so previous contact/call centre experience is preferable though full training will be provided.
You'll have your own ledger of roughly 400 clients to manage and have support throughout your career with this business.
They're looking for a candidate who:
* Will chase clients by phone, build relationships and offer excellent customer service.
* Handle inbound account queries from your own client ledger.
* Has a positive and confident outlook
* Organised with excellent relationship building skills.
* Has some admin experience though not essential for the role.
