My client, in the Heart of Huddersfield are looking to recruit a Legal Services Advisor to join with an immediate start. What they are looking for within the role:
* The ability to effectively manage their time correctly and ensure all targets are met.
* Effective telephone skills and the ability to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally.
* Experience dealing with customers or clients in past roles, whether that be on the phone or Face-to-Face.
What to expect from the role:
* Responding to and processing a high volume of incoming enquiries.
* Building effective relationships with clients by having a natural yet professional conversation.
* Building empathy and aligning with clients by asking relevant questions.
* Enhancing the customer experience by providing a personal non-scripted and helpful service.
* Tailoring each call to the client's needs, understanding no two calls are the same.
* Learning the relevant knowledge of the law and processes to communicate this to clients.

The Package:
* Monday to Friday 37.5 hours (Weekend work with days off through the week)
* £22,000 salary (from April 1st)
* Performance related uncapped bonus on top
* Salary increase after probation
* Future progression pathways
