Deputy Home Manger Location: Wolverhampton, West Midlands Salary: £47,840 per annum Hours: 40 - Monday - Friday 8.00m - 4.00pm or 9.00am - 5.00pm
Time are working with an innovative health and social care provider who have 3 services across the west midlands area and are currently in the process of expanding there portfolios of care homes. We are looking for a deputy home manager with an active NMC pin as we require expertise nursing knowledge to support the residential service. The home is located in the heart of Wolverhampton in the West Midlands area. Which is set in a very commutable location with plenty of public transport options available.
The deputy home manager will support the care home manager of the day to day running of the home. The care packages provided are dementia care and some of the residents may be suffering with mental health. The home accommodates for 20 + residents and is set in beautiful town house which is currently being renovated to a high modernised standard whilst still having a really warm homely feel to it. The service is currently rated at requires improvement with CQC, so we are looking for a very competent deputy home manager who can support the team to improve standards of care, to be able to achieve a good rating with CQC. The role as the Deputy Home Manager will also to ensure all policies and procedure's are being adhered to at all times.
Deputy Home Manager position requirements: * Registered Nurse with an active NMC pin * Ideally to have experience in working with dementia care and mental health * Must be competent with MCA/ Dols assessments * 5 years nursing experience is desirable * Ideally already working in a senior nurse role
