The client is seeking a Nurse Qualified Deputy Manager for their 70 bedded care home, providing care within nursing and residential care to elderly residents. The home boasts from an excellent, long-standing care team and experienced Registered Manager
As the Deputy Manager, you will work closely with the Registered Manager with the day-to-day running of the care home. You will support the longstanding care team to ensure outstanding person-centred care is provided and the home is running in line with CQC regulations.
Deputy Manager Benefits:
- Competitive Pay: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum
- Work-Life Balance: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM (Flexibility offered)

Deputy Manager Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with CQC and other regulatory standards
- Deliver the highest standards of care to all residents
- Support the Home Manager in daily operations
- Oversee recruitment and retention efforts
- Conduct regular audits
- Uphold our company ethos and values
- Support with training of staff
Deputy Manager Requirements:
- Registered Nurse: With a valid NMC Pin
- Knowledgeable: In all standards and NMC code of practice
- Experienced: Proven track record in person-centred care planning
- Passionate: About delivering high standards of care
