- Free parking

- Paid training and development - training in syringe driver/phlebotomy/verification

- Bank holiday enhancements - double time for all holidays

- Electronic care plans and medications

- Longstanding team who are easily manageable

- RGN trained manager and operations manager.

You will receive a lengthy induction and ongoing clinical support; you will be trained in phlebotomy, verification of death, syringe driver, palliative/end of life care and receive any clinical upskilling required alongside any funding for further development fully endorse and paid for.

What we are looking for in a Senior Nurse:

- RGN or RMN qualified

- 2 years' experience in a leadership role

- Ability to supervise and mentor other nurses and care team

- Dementia understanding
