Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure continuity and clarity between estimation and delivery.

Obtain and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations.

Maintain and update a robust database of pricing and project costs.

Assist in the development of budgets, cost plans, and value engineering options.

Strong knowledge of CAT A and CAT B fit-out projects.

Excellent analytical and numerical skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Proficiency in estimating software and MS Office.

What We Offer

Competitive salary of up to £65,000 DOE.

Company car.

Performance-based bonus.

Regular salary reviews.

Collaborative and supportive working environment.

Regional projects - no long-distance travel.

Opportunity to work directly with senior leadership and influence business decisions.
