We are a leading main contractor based in Huddersfield, specializing in the fit-out of restaurants, bars, and hotels. As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced and dedicated Estimator/Quantity Surveyor to join our team.

Key Responsibilities: Estimation/Quantity Surveying: Undertake estimation and quantity surveying duties for fit-out projects in the hospitality sector. Senior or Developing Role: We are open to considering both senior and less senior candidates, prioritizing the right person with relevant fit-out experience. Salary Range: Competitive salary guide ranging from £35,000 to £65,000, depending on the level of experience.
Benefits: Car or car allowance. Mobile and laptop provided. December paid bonus. 5% employer pension contribution. Entry into the company death in service scheme.
Qualifications and Experience: Proven experience in Estimation and Quantity Surveying, particularly in the fit-out of restaurants, bars, and hotels. Familiarity with the hospitality sector and its unique challenges. Relevant qualifications or training in Estimation/Quantity Surveying.
