Finance (Billings) Assistant
Bolton
Hybrid 2 days a week at home
35 hour contract - Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm
£19,000 to £23,000 per annum
Time Recruitment are currently looking for a Billing Assistant to join one of our longstanding clients.
They're a leading Legal firm based in Bolton looking to take on an extra member for their Finance team.
The role as a Billing Assistant:
* Processing daily bills - drafting, checking rates, billing and dealing with queries
* Liaising with other teams within the firm.
* Manually updating systems and processing fixed fee bills
* Assisting bill dispatch using email, post and online portals
* Investigate reasons for bill discrepancies to reduce errors in future.
What we are looking for:
* A candidate with good experience of using Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
* Someone with good teamworking skills while also being comfortable working independently.
