My client, a leading clothing supplier, is seeking a Warehouse Operative with either FLT Reach Driver or FLT Bendi/Flexi Driver experience.
The working hours are Monday to Friday, from 7:50 AM to 5:00 PM, with the following breaks:
15-minute break at 10:00 AM 50-minute lunch break at 12:00 PM 15-minute break at 3:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
Managing pallet space efficiently Preparing stock from bulk for the replenishment team Accurately picking and packing customer orders Performing regular stocktaking and ensuring accuracy Replenishing and rotating stock as required Unloading and managing stock from containers Ensuring high attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks Maintaining high personal standards and a customer-focused approach Supporting the company's goals by going above and beyond in your duties
Ideal Candidate:
Minimum of 5 years' warehouse experience in a fast-paced, pick-and-pack environment Experience in a similar industry, ideally working with garments Clean UK driving license Forklift truck licence (Reach and Bendi preferred) Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent communication skills Numerate and computer literate, able to read and interpret detailed SKU codes Motivated, hard-working, and a team player with a "can-do" attitude
