Position: Home Manager
Location: Kettering
Employment Type: Full-Time
Working Hours: 45 hours per week
Salary: 45k-50k, depending on experience

Responsibilities:

* Provide strong leadership to our team of nurses, caregivers, and support staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
* Ensure that the highest standard of care is consistently delivered to residents, meeting all regulatory requirements, and following best practices.
* Prioritise the physical, emotional, and social well-being of residents, creating personalised care plans and monitoring their progress.
* Establish and maintain open communication with residents' families, addressing concerns and ensuring their involvement in care planning.
* Manage the budget, resources, and financial performance of the nursing home efficiently.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures within the healthcare industry.
* Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the quality of care and services offered.

Requirements:

* 3 years' experience in care home management
* Experience in Dementia Care/Elderly Nursing/Palliative Care
