Responsibilities as a home manager: * Overlook all daily home operations * Ensure care is provided according to NMC regulations and CQC standards * Proven record of care planning * Provide warmth and comfort to residents * Lead and motivate staff * Improve and maintain CQC standards in home * Knowledge of IT - staff appraisals, attendance recording * Budgeting, occupancy enhancement
Requirements as a Home Manager: * Knowledge of CQC standards * RGN qualification * Experience within management
