We are working with an amazing client based in Smethwick. This role is an inbound sales/order taking position. to be considered you will need the following:
- 2 years telephone based sales / customer service experience
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong admin skills
- Demonstrate the ability to be a team player
This role is entirely existing business. You will be making sure that orders are inputted correctly on the inhouse systems, liaising with the manufacturing and delivery sides of the business to keep clients up to speed every step of the way and also dealing with all payments for the products.
This is a really interesting role working for a company who have been delivering an industry leading service for the past 60 years!
