Job Overview: As a Junior Quantity Surveyor at our company, you will be an integral part of our dynamic team, contributing to the successful delivery of retail fit-out projects. This position offers the opportunity to develop and learn on the job, providing support to the team and attending university once a week for additional education.
Responsibilities: Retail Focus: Work on retail fit-out projects, mainly with frameworks for big name blue chip clients. National Travel: Work on projects with sites spanning the UK, requiring occasional overnight stays. Team Collaboration: Provide energy and work effectively within a team environment. Fundamentals: Focus on mastering the fundamentals of quantity surveying, emphasizing accuracy and efficiency. Learning Opportunities: Actively seek opportunities to develop and learn on the job. University Attendance: Attend university once a week for additional education and support.
Qualifications: Ideally an undergraduate or recent graduate with a focus on quantity surveying or related field. Willingness to support and learn on the job. Ability to operate from office near Burnley/Lancashire. Willingness to travel nationwide and occasionally stay overnight. Energy, team collaboration, and a strong commitment to learning.
