About The Home;
This care group support nearly 2,000 vulnerable adults in specialist residential, supported living and outreach services, enabling them to receive exceptional care and support and ultimately achieve independence. 2023 is an incredibly exciting year for the charity as after a recent rebrand they have now moved into our central office and restructuring the charity.
The home provides high quality nursing care and specialist nursing intervention to 16 clients with learning disabilities, physical disabilities and varying degrees of complex health needs and challenging behaviours.

Main Responsibilities;
The main duties of the role will include supporting clients to meet their support needs (including personal care and assisting to leisure activities) You will also need to liaise with other professionals, take part in care planning and implementation, and provide all aspects of care and medication administration.
