Job Overview:
Nursing in a care home is challenging but very much a rewarding role. You will be ultimately taking responsibility of the care and wellbeing of residents which includes making sure their physical, emotional, and social needs are met but also leading, motivating and mentoring your team of carers whilst delivering clinical guidance and coaching. Providing clinical leadership will ensure smooth, safe, and efficient running of the care home.
