Warehouse Operative - Nights (Sunday-Thursday, 10pm-6am)

Location: Swinton

Pay: £14.90 per hour + enhanced weekend overtime rates

Contract: Full-time, Temp to Perm

Shift Pattern: Sunday to Thursday, 10pm-6am

About the Role:

We're looking for a dependable and proactive Warehouse Operative to join our night-shift team. You'll play a key part in keeping our operation running smoothly, with a focus on accuracy, teamwork, and maintaining high standards throughout the shift.

Key Responsibilities

-     Goods In: Receiving deliveries, unloading vehicles, checking items, and storing stock correctly.

-     Despatch: Picking, packing, and preparing orders for timely dispatch.

-     Data Input: Updating warehouse systems with accurate stock and order information.

-     PI / Stock Checking: Completing regular stock counts and investigating discrepancies.

-     Teamwork: Working collaboratively with colleagues to meet targets and maintain a positive working environment.

What We're Looking For

-     Strong attention to detail and confidence using basic computer systems.

-     A positive, reliable attitude and willingness to learn.

-     Ability to work independently during night shifts while contributing to a supportive team culture.

-     Comfortable with manual handling tasks.
