Position: Project Manager - Commercial Office Fit-Outs

Location: Manchester, UK

Salary: £60,000+ per annum, plus Car Allowance and Bonus

Job Type: Full-time, Office-based

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee fit-out projects across the commercial office sector in Manchester. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of project delivery, ensuring that work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead fit-out projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet client requirements and company standards.
- Manage the site team, including site managers and subcontractors, to ensure efficient and effective site operations.
- Maintain commercial awareness throughout the project lifecycle, with a focus on cost control and value engineering.
- Liaise with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and project alignment.
- Conduct site inspections and manage health and safety protocols to ensure compliance with industry regulations.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven experience in managing office fit-out projects is essential.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to oversee a site team effectively.
- Excellent commercial awareness with experience in budget management and cost control.
- A track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Relevant industry qualifications would be advantageous.
