Job Description: My client are seeking a dynamic and proactive Assistant Project Manager to join their construction team, specializing in office fit-outs. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities: - Assist in the planning and execution of office fit-out projects, including Category A and B. - Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project objectives are met. - Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and compliance with safety regulations. - Manage project documentation, including contracts, budgets, and schedules. - Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status. - Identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.
Qualifications: - Degree in Project Management - Proven experience in the construction industry, specifically in office fit-outs. - Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and regulations. - Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Willingness to travel to various sites as required.
