Excellent Project Manager Role!

Our client are seeking an experienced Project Manager, to join their team in managing a range of refurbishment and fitout projects within the retail and leisure industry. This is an exciting opportunity to work from the office based in Staffordshire, with Nationwide visits to sites.

Responsibilities:

- Plan and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered within budget, on time and to the required quality standards.

- Liaise with clients, contractors and internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.

- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress, identify any potential issues and provide solutions to ensure successful project delivery.

- Manage project budgets and financial reporting, ensuring accurate forecasting and cost control.

- Ensure all project documentation and reporting is accurate and up-to-date, in accordance with company procedures and project requirements.

- Identify and manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies where necessary.

- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and working towards a common goal.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Project Manager within the retail and leisure industry, delivering refurbishment and fitout projects.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, contractors and internal teams.

- Strong financial and budget management skills, with the ability to manage complex project finances.

- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide project teams to success.

- Knowledge of project management methodologies, tools and techniques.

- Willingness to travel on a nationwide basis, conducting site visits and inspections as required.

This role requires you to be based around Staffordshire, it is an office-based Project Manager role for around 3 days per week. Nationwide visits to sites make up the rest of a typical week.
