Time Recruitment are looking to speak with Construction Project Managers in the Manchester area who are looking for a new opportunity

Title: Project Manager
Location: Manchester
Type: Full Time Permanent role
Travel: UK Nationwide sites travelling and attending the office 2-3 days a week with a mixture of remote working
Sectors: Design & Build, Refurbishment, Fit Out
Projects: Leisure, Hospitality and Commercial including restaurants, bars, stadiums, clubs etc
Project Values: £100K-£1.5M
Salary: £50,000-£55,000 plus car allowance, private healthcare, pension contribution, annual leave and more additional benefits upon completion of probation

Duties: Subcontractor and client management, programming, reporting, procurement, pricing variations to work, risk assessments, health and safety, delivering the project within time and on budget, handing over etc.

Candidate requirements:

Ideally from a joinery/carpentry background
Have 4+ years experience at Project or Contracts Management level in the construction industry. Applicants with an IT Project Management background will not be considered.
Must live within the Manchester area - up to 1.5hrs drive and below.
Successfully completed and delivered on fast-track leisure or hospitality projects of a similar value.
