I am working with a construction main contractor based in Manchester who are looking to appoint a full time Project Manager.

The company specialize in fit outs and refurbishments within the office commercial sector and are looking to expand due to growth within the business.

Day to day duties:
Overseeing 2-3 projects at once
Weekly site reports
Programming
Liaising with the site team
Estimating

Requirements for the role:
5+ years at Project Manager level
Main contractor background
Happy to be office based
Experience writing the programme
Estimating experience
Experience working on projects within the Cat A, Cat B sector
