Job Description: Seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the fitout sector, particularly on JCT contracts and industrial projects. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the financial success of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and manage project budgets, cost estimates, and financial reports. Monitor project progress and expenses to ensure adherence to budgets. Evaluate and negotiate subcontractor contracts and agreements. Perform cost analysis and risk assessments. Collaborate closely with the project team to track project costs and variations. Assist in tendering processes and procurement activities. Liaise with clients and stakeholders to address financial concerns. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to project finances. Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in quantity surveying within the fitout sector. Familiarity with JCT contracts and industrial projects. Strong knowledge of fitout project internals and office developments. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Proficiency in cost estimating and financial analysis. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Full driving license and willingness to travel to project sites in the Northwest (2 days a week).
