Looking to expand the commercial team and are seeking Quantity Surveyors from Assistant to Senior levels to join at the Skelmersdale office.

Key Responsibilities:

Assistant Quantity Surveyor:

Support cost estimation and contract administration.
Assist in monthly cost reporting and budget compliance.

Intermediate Quantity Surveyor:
Prepare cost estimates and bills of quantities.
Manage contracts and subcontractors.
Monitor project costs and variations.

Senior Quantity Surveyor:
Lead cost estimation and budgeting.
Oversee contract administration and subcontractors.
Manage project costs and mentor junior team members.

Qualifications and Requirements:
Quantity Surveying degree.
Relevant construction industry experience.
Knowledge of NEC and JCT contracts.
Strong cost estimation and contract skills.
Proficiency in industry software.
