The Role: Their growing Care and Complex Nursing Team, supporting individuals with a variety of complex needs across the North-West. Flexibility is key, as you may need to travel to different locations depending on client needs.
What They Need From You: * Be caring, empathetic, compassionate, and respectful. * A willingness to learn and develop your skills. * Flexibility in an ever-changing role. * A UK driving license and access to your own vehicle for work. * Willingness to travel within the North West-Barrow-in-Furness, Kendal, South Lakes, and Blackpool are our main areas. * Be willing to undergo an enhanced DBS check. * Must be 18 years or older. * Some experience preferred, but nurse-led training provided. * Flexibility to work days or nights. Example shifts: 08:00 - 20:00 / 20:00 - 08:00.
