Registered Children's Home Manager (3-Bed EBD Home)
Salary: £55,000 pa / 37.5 hrs pw
£2,500 signing bonus & £2,500 probation bonus in year one
Up to £5,000 annual bonus based on inspection outcomes

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Registered Manager (or Deputy Manager) to lead a new children's home, offering the chance to make a real difference in children's lives. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape the future of the home from its launch.

Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring a safe, nurturing environment.
* Lead and motivate the team to achieve outstanding outcomes.
* Ensure safeguarding protocols and Ofsted standards are met.
* Develop care plans and maintain relationships with children, families, and external agencies.
* Manage budgets and resources effectively.
* Lead recruitment, training, and staff development.
