Residential Conveyancer - Stockport (Full-Time)
5+ Years' Experience | Flexible Working | Non-Volume Caseload
I'm currently working with a well-established and highly regarded law firm based in Stockport, who are looking to add an experienced Residential Conveyancer to their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a collaborative, supportive environment and is looking to move away from high-volume caseloads.
The Role
You'll be handling a varied and interesting caseload including:
Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
Shared ownership transactions
Remortgages
Transfers of equity
Flats and leasehold matters
The team operates on a non-volume basis, with the Head of Department actively managing and distributing work based on individual strengths and capacity.
What They're Looking For
A minimum of 5 years' experience in residential conveyancing
Ability to manage files independently from instruction to completion
Strong client care and communication skills
Professional qualification (Solicitor, CILEX, Licensed Conveyancer) is beneficial but not essential
Tech & Tools
Currently using Seneca case management system
Transitioning to P4W in July
