Day nurse

Registered Nurse required at an exceptional residential care home in Alfreton. The home is known for both its outstanding care and supportive environment for many years.

The home has a wonderful, homely environment and is perfectly located with access to the local community.

Our client is looking for a registered nurse with outstanding nursing skills and looking to develop professionally.

As an RGN at the home you will be able to understand dementia care, end of life care, palliative care, nursing care and a Montessori approach care (person centred).

RGN position overview:

- 12 hour shifts

- Residential care

- Catheterisation

- Monitoring residents

- Administrating medication

- PEG feeding

- Care plans and assessments

- Dealing with GP referrals and visits
