RMN/RNLD Nurse
Location: Burntwood, Staffordshire
Salary: £20.00ph with paid breaks
Hours: Days and Nights Available - Full or Part Time on offer
Day Shifts: 7.30am - 14:30pm, 14:30pm - 21:30pm
Night Shifts: 21:30pm to 7:30am

Time Recruitment is looking for RMN or RNLD Nurses with relevant experience within Mental Health for a small mental health service specialising in Enduring Mental Health and EMI.

The group have been operating for over 20 years and own 3 specialist mental health properties in the west midlands; ran by clinicians from operational level they offer expert, specialist and outstanding mental health care in a home-away-from home environment.

The service is rated good with CQC in all 5 domains and 30 bedded service overall with OUTSTANDING staff nurse to patient ratio's with 2 nurses per shift and 6 support staff; that's 1 nurse to 15 service users whether its days or nights!

You will deliver care to working age adults with enduring mental health needs such as: bipolar, manic depression, psychosis, huntington's and schizophrenia.

Your role as the RMN/RNLD Nurse will require you to assist the manager with:

* Training of junior staff
* Medication Audits
* CPI and risk assessment documentation
* Delivery of care
* Individual 1-2-1 and group therapy sessions
* Working within agreed quality standards
* QNIC and health legislation

Applicants for the RMN/RNLD nurse position should be:

* RMN qualified (or RGN/RNLD with the relevant experience)
* Strong knowledge of the mental health act
* Patient Centric
* Effective and excellent communication skills
