The role:
Sales Managers will manage 10-12 B2B that sell to UK SME businesses. The role involves managing & motivating the team day to day & setting targets & KPI's. You'll be hands on & train, coach, and develop staff & You can implement your style to get the best results and will report into the Sales Director.

The package:
* £40,0000 - £45,000 salary
* £70,000 OTE

Requirements:
Experience in Sales Management is required.
