I am representing a construction main contractor based in the North West who are looking to appoint a full time Site Manager.

The company specialize in fit out, refurbishment and build projects within the NHS, Education and Commercial Projects.

Job Values range from £400K-£5M

Location of works: North West

Duties & responsibilities:
Liaising with sub-contractors
Overseeing health & safety
Site inductions
Progress reports
Ordering materials

Shift Pattern:Monday-Friday

Requirements for the role:
5+ years at Site Manager level
5+ years working on NHS, Education or Commercial projects
Experience running projects from inception to completion up to the value of £4M
SMSTS and First Aid Qualified
