The role Position: Site Manager Sector: Hotel Location of office: London Full Time - Contract Rate: £250.00 per day
Duties and Responsibilities Oversee and manage the projects from start to finish. Ensure the time targets are met, within budget and meet the necessary quality standards. Manage sub-contractors and ensure safety on site.
Candidate Requirements Ideally a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field MUST have fit out experience. Experience in fast track fit out or hotels. Minimum 5 years' experience in Site Management. Must have a Clean Driving License as the role requires travelling to sites/meetings Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills Good knowledge of construction standards.
