Title: Site manager
Location: Bristol
salary: £45k - £50k
Package: £5.5k Car Allowance, Milage, 25 Holidays + Bank Hols, Time in Lieu or overtime pay

Working Hours/Days: Mon - Fri, 40 Hours, 8am - 5pm

My client is a Main Contractor with multiple divisions that specialise in: General Construction, Interior fitout, Maintenance, and Housing Developments.

I'm currently working closely with the Interiors division to help them fill a Site Manager position based in the Southwest, Bristol area.

Due to continued growth and a large number of frameworks starting they are looking to move the existing Manager onto another project that suits his expertise better.

The current project we're recruiting for is a large fitout on a hospital ward with approximately 9-12 months remaining. As the position is Permanent you'll then move onto other projects which include Commercial, Healthcare, Industrial & Retail.
