The contractor are looking to appoint a full time Site Manager within the team to oversee their refurbishment project.

Projects are across retail, leisure and hospitality with project ranging from 200k to 4 million.

Day to day duties include:

Managing health and safety
Liaising with subcontractors.
Risk assessment
Method statements.
Weekly site reports.
Conducting project progress reports

Requirements for the role:

SMSTCS qualified.
CSCS Black card.
First aid qualification.
5+ years manager at site.
Main contractor background.
Happy to travel to London.
Experience working in a live environment.
