Position: Site Manager
Background: Strong Fit-Out Experience
Location: Nationwide (UK)
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 + package
Role Overview:
My client are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Manager with a strong background in fit-outs to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing site operations and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. You will work on various nationwide projects for high-profile clients, managing a team of around 10 people on-site and reporting directly to the Contracts Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day site activities and ensure smooth operations.
Oversee the fit-out process, ensuring high standards of quality and safety.
Coordinate with clients and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met.
Monitor project timelines and budgets, making adjustments as necessary.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Report progress and any issues to the Contracts Manager.
