Key Responsibilities: Site Management: Oversee day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring projects meet health and safety standards above 90%. Hands-On Leadership: Actively participate in site activities, providing guidance and support to the on-site team. Project Oversight: Manage projects ranging from £10k to £3 million, ensuring they meet time and cost targets. Team Coordination: Work closely with middle management to keep them informed and ensure smooth project execution. Supervise a team of up to 8-10 individuals on-site at any given time.
Package: Pension Annual Leave Private Healthcare Car Allowance or Company Van/Car Accommodation provided when necessary
Working Hours: 12 hours per day 12 days on, 2 days off
