Site Manager-Full Time Position

Salary: £42,000-£45,000 + Van + Healthcare + Phone + Laptop

Location: North West (predominantly regional projects)

Interviews: First week of January

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to join a growing contractor delivering a diverse portfolio of Heritage, Commercial, Industrial, Fit Out and Refurbishment projects across the North West. You'll take ownership of day‑to‑day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily site operations, ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently and to specification

     

  • Coordinate subcontractors and site teams to maintain smooth project delivery

     

  • Monitor programme, quality and progress, resolving issues proactively

     

  • Ensure compliance with H&S standards and company procedures

     

  • Liaise with clients, consultants and internal teams to maintain strong working relationships

     

  • Oversee site documentation and reporting including RAMS, permits and daily records

     

Requirements

  • 3+ years' experience as a Site Manager within construction

     

  • Experience across Heritage, Commercial, Industrial, Fit Out or Refurbishment projects

     

  • CSCS Black Card

     

  • SMSTS

     

  • First Aid at Work

     

  • Strong communication and leadership skills

     

  • Full UK driving licence
