We're on the hunt for a superstar Children's Residential Team Leader to join our cozy 3-bedded home for kids aged 7 to 18. This isn't just any home-it's a haven for children with emotional and behavioural challenges. We're in the process of getting our Ofsted registration, and you can be a key player in helping us achieve top marks!
As a Team Leader, you'll work together with the House Manager to ensure everything runs like a well-oiled machine. Lead a dynamic team of support workers, help the kids build meaningful relationships, and contribute to care plans that integrate them into the local community. Fun partnerships include trips to a local farm and countryside horse riding lessons!
Must-Haves for This Role: * 2+ years of experience in residential support settings * 1+ year of experience leading a team * Level 3 QCF in Children's Residential Care * A full UK driver's license * Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and at least 8 sleep shifts a month
